With more than 16 years of experience in digital transformation across the banking and telecommunications sectors, along with over 5 years in HR consulting and leadership development, Lek brings a practical, business-focused perspective to professional coaching and leadership development.

Today, she works with professional coaches and leaders to develop practical coaching skills, deepen their understanding of the ICF Core Competencies, and apply coaching with greater clarity, confidence, and professional judgment.

As a Coach Educator and ICF Mentor Coach, Lek designs practical learning experiences that help coaches move beyond memorizing coaching models and competencies toward reflective practice, self-awareness, professional judgment, and real coaching conversations.

She is also the author of practical books on professional coaching, the ICF Core Competencies, and ICF credential preparation, including Foundations of Coaching and Becoming the Professional Coach Within. She writes and publishes under the professional name Lek Napapan.
